The Vision Film

In February 2020, Envoy not only planned to share their vision for the future of work, but they were also going to launch a new product, overhaul their mobile app, open their API, and update their website with a brand refresh.

Amidst all of these major changes, we were asked to produce a film to share their vision of the future workplace. The film needed to capture the heartbeat of Envoy’s mission to Challenge The Status Quo™️ and continue to be relevant years after the launch.

The Product Films

Envoy Rooms Room Booking Made Easy

Envoy Deliveries Better Office Package Delivery Management

The Need

As Envoy expanded from being a single product company (Visitors) to a platform (Deliveries, Rooms, and more) they needed to produce engaging videos to share the benefits of these new products and how they work—all while weaving in the brand narrative of trailblazing the modern workplace. In a high-growth company like Envoy, where features are constantly being improved, the products needed to be positioned in strong light, without getting too in the weeds and becoming obsolete.

The Strategy

We worked closely with the Envoy team to identify current challenges and opportunities for both products. Then, we used existing positioning and messaging to craft the creative approach and the narrative—what we call story beats. After getting alignment, we created storyboards to help the Envoy team visualize what the videos would look like. We delivered two product videos: Envoy Deliveries, and Envoy Rooms.

The Customer Story Films

Envoy & Pandora Every Visitor Gets a VIP Welcome

The Need

Envoy wanted to feature how various customers were using their Visitors and Deliveries products to welcome guests and streamline the workplace management experience. Olivine lined up interviews with 12 customers to determine the best stories to tell.

The Strategy

We set out to produce personality-driven cinematic films that aligned with Envoy’s brand pillars, buyer personas, and product offerings. That meant getting a diverse mix of customers using a wide range of products and features. It also meant focusing on stories that included voices of people who held roles in reception, workplace IT, office management, and security.

We created five customer story videos highlighting how various customers use Envoy’s products Zoom, Pandora, Box, Aruba and Xero.
